TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION:
- Confirmed receipt of deposit: 50% of the total lodging Tariff for all reserved nights, including all taxes and fees.
TO VALIDATE THE RESERVATION (60 CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL):
- Confirmed receipt of final payment including all taxes and fees.
- Security Deposit for damages to the Property shall be the equivalent to 15% of the lodging.
- Cancellation Policy: 60 days prior to arrival.
CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR WEEKS
THIS RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A FULL PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL LODGING PLUS ALL TAXES AND FEES.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: MUST BE PAID 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
CANCELLATION POLICY: NON REFUNDABLE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Low season: November – April. High Season: December 15 – January 15 Christmas and New Year
